Terms
1. This software and all the included components (from this moment just the
"Software") are property of Pablo Pioli. It's forbidden to: (a) sell,
rent or sublicense all o just a part of the software; (b) create competitive
products based on the source code provided.
2. The software is free and can also freely distributed if the distribution
package is not altered in any way and a link to iFox's home page is provided.
3. The software can be used to develop all kind of applications or websites
(personal or commercial ones) that add significative features to the ones provided
by iFox's components. It's not necessary to pay any kind of royalties.
In all cases the developer of this applications can only charge for the features
added by itself. It's forbidden to use the software to build pornographic webpages
or for spam sending.
4. The software can be used for any legal porpouse and can be freely installed
in any number of computers.
5. The software is provided "as is". No warranty is provided, either
expressed or implicit. The full responsability is assumed by the person using
the software. The software author will not be guilty of any kind of damage,
loss of money or information caused by proper or not proper use of the software.
6. The installation and use of the software implies total agreement with this
license terms.
7. In the case that you don't accept this license terms you must stop using
the software, uninstall it and destroy all the copies you have.
Additional
Terms
Developing this components has taken a considerable amount of time and effort.
The only thing is ask in return is a little retribution. To use any of the components
the following additional conditions are required:
1. If you use any of iFox's components in a website you must include
a message with the following text: "Powered by iFox". The message
must appear at least in one page of the website with a link to iFox's
home page. The developer can choose the font, format or colors of the message
while the the message can be easily read (i.e.: no 5 points font).
2. If you use any of iFox's components in a desktop application you must
include the mentioned message in the About form of the application, with
a link or mention of iFox's home page.The developer can choose the font,

Registration
iFox's components are totally free but the lack of respect to this license agreement has forced me to stablish an obligatory registration. You can download and use any of the components freely, but when the component is released a small window will appear indicating that you are using a unregistered version. If, after the necessary tests, you want to use any of iFox's components in your applications you must send an e-mail to the contact address asking to register them. As a response you will receive a license number that will allow you to use the component without the registration window. Again, it's free. To ask for a licence you must include the following data:
Full Name (of the company or person applying).
Address, city, state and country.
Components you plan to use.
Language in which the components will be used.
Operating systems in which the components will be used.
A brief description of the application that will use the components.
An indication of how you knew of iFox's website.
A general appreciation of the components.
If any of the items is missing or there is a doubt of the veracity of them the license will be denied. Messages sent from Hotmail, Yahoo o GMail accounts will be ignored.
