iFox is a set of components designed to help in the development of Internet related applications. iFox's components can be used in ASP pages and the most popular development tools. They cover the main protocolos like HTTP, FTP, POP3 and SMTP besides new technologies like WebServices and XML.

iFox's components has been built using Microsoft© Visual FoxPro™ to provide the best stability, security and response time.

All the components are freeware and can be used in both personal or commercial applications. Please read the license before using them.

iFox's components are:

iFox.VFPScript

Applicable environments:
ASP

iFox.WebControls

This set of classes available to any webpage built using VFPScript allows to develop web applications more easily and quickly. Build and validate forms in seconds, build tables dinamically using a data source and much more.

iFox.WebServices

This extension to VFPScript allows to communicate with any script using a WebService.

iFox.Upload

Applicable environments:

Build a file upload easily with this component.

iFox.HTTP

Applicable environments:
ASP, Visual FoxPro, Visual Basic, Visual C++, Delphi, Visual Studio.NET
Integrate all the web possibilities into your application. Get any URL source, simulate forms or even do a file upload.

iFox.POP3

Applicable environments:

Read the messages of any POP3 mail account with this component. You can also do selective deletes, download only the headings and handle file attachments.

iFox.SMTP

Applicable environments:
ASP, Visual FoxPro, Visual Basic, Visual C++, Delphi, Visual Studio.NET
This component allows you to send E-Mail messages from you applications without the need to use a mail program. Attachments support is also included.

iFox.FTP

Applicable environments:
ASP, Visual FoxPro, Visual Basic, Visual C++, Delphi, Visual Studio.NET
Build a full featured FTP client with this component that allows you to download and upload files, create folder, list their content, rename and delete files and much more. This components uses the well known WinInet library from Microsoft.

iFox.DirectFTP

Applicable environments:
ASP, Visual FoxPro, Visual Basic, Visual C++, Delphi, Visual Studio.NET
This components can do the same tasks than iFox.FTP but was built from the ground by the iFox team, so it does not suffer any of the WinInet limitations. Using iFox.DirectFTP is possible to continue interrupted downloads, move files and add information to an existing file.

iFox.Resume&Go

Applicable environments:
ASP, Visual FoxPro, Visual Basic, Visual C++, Delphi, Visual Studio.NET
This component allows to start a download and continue it in another moment like the most popular download managers.

iFox.Download

Applicable environments:
ASP
This component allows you to generate any kind of file dinamically. It can be used to show images stored in a database or to generate dinamically "on the fly" a file to download.

iFox.Sockets

Applicable environments:
ASP, Visual FoxPro, Visual Basic, Visual C++, Delphi, Visual Studio.NET
This component wraps the Winsock 2 functionality in a simple and poweful package. Stablish multiple connections simultaneosly and use multiple ports. Build a server with just a few lines of code. A good alternative to Microsoft's Winsock control, specially in ASP pages.

iFox.Connect

ASP, Visual FoxPro, Visual Basic, Visual C++, Delphi, Visual Studio.NET
Stablish and close Internet connections with this component. You can also monitor any connection statistics.

iFox.XML

ASP, Visual FoxPro
iFox.XML allows you to add XML handling capabilities to any application. Using iFox.XML is possible to convert one or multiple cursors to the XML format or the inverse. You can also build an XML file dinamically.
